Senior Marketing Executive (AI, Social Media & Events - MENA)

We are looking for a hands-on marketing professional to manage social media, create AI-driven content, and execute offline marketing events across the MENA region.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who can produce content consistently, use AI tools effectively, and manage marketing activities end-to-end.

Content Creation (AI-Driven)

• Create engaging content for social media using AI tools
• Produce:
• Educational posts (trading/markets)
• Short-form videos (Reels/TikTok)
• Carousels and static creatives
• Repurpose content across multiple platforms

Social Media Management

• Manage platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X)
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars
• Schedule and publish posts consistently
• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement
• Track performance and optimize content

Events & Offline Marketing

Plan and execute:

• Seminars
• Client events
• Small-scale activations

Manage:

• Venues
• Suppliers
• Logistics
• On-ground execution

Lead Capture & Follow-Up

• Capture leads from events and campaigns
• Upload and manage leads in CRM
• Execute follow-ups (email / WhatsApp)
• Ensure no leads are lost

Tools & AI Usage

• Use AI tools to improve efficiency and output
• Work with tools such as:
• ChatGPT
• Canva
• CapCut
• Continuously improve workflows

Requirements

• 4–7 years of marketing experience
• Strong experience in:
• Social media management (hands-on)
• Content creation
• Experience organizing events (seminars, meetups, etc.)
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing
• Experience in MENA region
• Arabic language is a strong advantage
