Senior Marketing Copywriter

Salla is looking for a talented Senior Marketing Copywriter to join our innovative marketing team.

In this role, you will lead content creation efforts that engage our audience and drive conversions across all marketing platforms. Your strategic mindset and exceptional writing skills will help us to deliver compelling narratives that resonate with our customers, strengthen our brand, and support our strategic goals.

As a Senior Marketing Copywriter, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, guiding the creative direction of campaigns and ensuring that all content reflects our brand voice while effectively addressing customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute high-quality marketing copy for various channels, including email, social media, website, and print materials.
• Lead the content strategy for major campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and brand messaging.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to create comprehensive marketing content that drives engagement and conversions.
• Conduct research and analyze data to inform content creation, optimizing copy for performance based on user insights.
• Mentor and support junior copywriters, providing guidance on best practices and creative development.
• Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and customer behaviors to craft relevant and timely content.
• Review and refine copy across projects to ensure high-quality standards are met.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing copywriting, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Demonstrated success in creating impactful marketing campaigns with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to think strategically while still managing the details of your copy.
• Proven experience with digital marketing principles, including SEO and content marketing.
• Strong project management skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
• Creative mindset with an ability to develop innovative concepts that drive results.
• Experience mentoring or guiding other writers is a plus.
