In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in ensuring offline and influencer marketing runs efficiently, accurately, and reliably, while supporting team growth and continuous improvement, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do
- Become the subject matter expert on offline and influencer marketing campaign execution, ensuring accurate delivery across Direct Sales, Direct Mail, Gift Card, and Influencer channels.
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign operations by managing offer codes, URLs, QR codes, and influencer orders, while conducting quality assurance checks and resolving technical or system issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing guidance and support for campaign inquiries, asset management, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal marketing processes and financial tracking, including cost reconciliation, POs, and weekly performance reporting.
- Execute all tasks related to influencer and partner management, including VIP/freebox requests, recipe updates, and B2B deal support.
- Maintain campaign and channel data integrity across internal systems and dashboards (CUI, BOB, Tableau, Hubspot).
- Support continuous process improvement by identifying inefficiencies, implementing operational enhancements, and maximizing platform utilization.
- Line manage and coach junior team members, providing task prioritization, quality oversight, and professional development support.
