Senior Marketing & Communications Lead (LOA Cover)

Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Senior Marketing & Communications Manager to cover a leave of absence. This role is integral to the US Industry Marketing team, supporting three critical Resources Industry Groups: Utilities, Energy, and Chemicals & Natural Resources. With these groups driving $3.5 billion in projected revenue, this role ensures marketing and communications efforts align with growth strategies, campaigns, events, and leadership initiatives.

What you will do:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with the growth objectives of Utilities, Energy, and Chemicals & Natural Resources industry groups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leadership to drive marketing priorities and visibility.
• Lead and manage Growth Play Campaigns, including Infrastructure and Capital Projects (Utilities), Downstream Customer (Energy), and Mid-Market segment (Chemicals & Natural Resources).
• Oversee and execute key events such as DISTRIBUTECH 2025, Energy Tech Vision, and the Infrastructure and Capital Projects workstream at Client IUEC.
• Ensure effective content distribution and enablement across leadership teams and client account leads.
• Support strategic marketing planning for FY25 and define industry group priorities.
• Provide marketing enablement and advisory to Canadian Utilities and Energy Leadership Teams.
• Lead reporting and analysis on key marketing programs, including DistribuTech 2025 and Energy Tech Vision.
   

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in marketing and communications.
• Strong strategic planning and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive B2B marketing campaigns, content strategy, and event execution.
• Strong knowledge of industry marketing trends and best practices.
• Experience working in a matrixed marketing environment.
• Prior experience in industry-specific marketing for Utilities, Energy, or Chemicals and Natural Resources, in a professional services environment.
