About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled digital marketer to take the lead on SEEK’s paid search strategy across APAC. As a Senior Marketing Associate focusing on Search & Mobile, you’ll drive SEM execution, optimisation, and innovation across multiple markets, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact for SEEK’s brands.

You’ll work closely with country marketing teams, external agencies, and the APAC Performance Marketing Lead to execute advanced paid search programs that drive growth, efficiency, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage paid search campaigns across multiple APAC markets
• You’ll work closely with country marketing teams, external partners agencies, and the APAC Performance Marketing Lead to execute in-house advanced paid search programs that drive growth, efficiency, and customer acquisition.
• Analyse campaign performance and develop actionable insights to improve ROI
• Manage channel budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Align SEM strategies with broader digital marketing and brand goals
• Collaborate with APAC Marketing and Analytics teams on data-driven decisions
• Stay ahead of search trends, tools, and technology to drive innovation
• Support test-and-learn initiatives, exploring new opportunities for growth
• Maintain rigorous campaign hygiene, tracking, and governance standards

• Several years of hands-on experience managing large-scale paid search campaigns
• Strong technical expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and analytics platforms
• Experience in multi-market or regional campaign management within APAC preferred
• Proven success optimising campaigns for acquisition, efficiency, and performance
• Excellent analytical skills with experience using data visualisation tools (e.g. GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau)
• Highly organised, proactive, and confident collaborating across functions and geographies
• Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging SEM trends
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging internal teams and external partners
