Art Director
Key Art & Key Visuals: develop high-impact key visuals for marketing campaigns, store pages, announcements, and global promotions
Marketing Visual Assets: create concept and 3D-based promotional assets for social media, banners, advertising creatives, trailers, and platform-specific campaigns
In-Game Marketing Assets: produce visual assets integrated into the game world (billboards, branded environments, in-world advertising elements)
In-Game Campaign Art: create assets for live operations and in-game campaigns, including Battle Pass visuals, event branding, themed UI elements, and promotional art
Storyboarding: contribute to storyboards and visual sequences for trailers, cinematics, and marketing videos to support narrative-driven content
Collaboration: work closely with the Art Director and Marketing team to translate strategic goals into visually compelling designs
Iteration & Feedback: refine artwork based on stakeholder feedback to ensure alignment with campaign objectives, timelines, and brand guidelines
Visual Research: analyze market trends, competitor branding, and audience expectations to inform design decisions
Proven Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in marketing art, concept art, or visual development within games or entertainment industries
Strong Portfolio: demonstrated expertise in key art, branding, marketing visuals, and high-quality rendered assets for AAA projects
Technical Proficiency: highly proficient in Photoshop and industry-standard 3D software (such as Maya, Blender, or equivalent) for creating marketing-ready visuals
Brand Sensibility: deep understanding of visual identity systems and how marketing visuals drive engagement and recognition
Creativity: ability to generate original, bold, and memorable visual concepts while staying aligned with strategic brand goals
Collaboration: strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
Independence: ability to work creatively as part of a team and stay focused when working independently
Time Management: ability to manage multiple creative tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
English: upper-intermediate level or higher
Experience working on AAA marketing campaigns
Experience with game engines and real-time rendering pipelines
Traditional art skills (sketching, painting, sculpting) to strengthen visual storytelling
Strong understanding of live-service campaign visuals and seasonal branding systems
