Our mission at HubSpot is to help millions of organizations grow better. As our customer base expands, we’re reimagining how we drive growth within it — shifting from manual, reactive motions to intelligent, AI-powered automation that connects customers to the right solutions at the right time.

The Customer Demand Automation team builds scalable programs that enhance customer experiences, streamline sales processes, and generate meaningful demand. In this role, you’ll focus on our upmarket segment: larger, more complex customers with longer sales cycles, multi-stakeholder buying committees, and highly personalized engagement. You’ll design automation that unlocks expansion opportunities at scale while giving customer-facing teams time back to do what they do best: help customers succeed.

Role Summary

As Senior Marketer, you’ll own automation programs that drive expansion within our corporate customer base. You’ll design, build, and optimize data-driven customer journeys that connect customers to the right additional products at the right moment. This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on program development.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Own email automation programs end-to-end — from strategy and segmentation to execution, reporting, and optimization.
  • Design, write, and build high-performing emails, value-add assets, and automated journeys tailored to upmarket buyers and sales-assisted motions.
  • Use data-driven insights and experimentation to proactively surface expansion opportunities within the install base.
  • Define program metrics and regularly report on performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing Technology, and Revenue Marketing to create cohesive, multi-channel customer experiences.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and improve them through thoughtful, scalable automation.
  • Contribute to best practices within the Customer Demand Automation team by sharing insights, learnings, and experimentation results.
  • Translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations that support revenue growth and improved customer experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to define metrics, analyze performance data, and apply insights to improve outcomes.
