Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Marketer to lead the strategy and partnerships arm for our Creators program, focusing on Creators with highly engaged audiences of 25K and under. This role focuses on driving conversions (primarily signups for HubSpot’s free software) and building visibility in answer engines through authentic creator collaborations.

This person will join a team shaping how HubSpot reaches and converts new audiences through partnerships. Working closely with Global Growth, HubSpot’s Creator Program, and Brand Marketing, you’ll design and scale creator-led initiatives that increase AI visibility and conversions — playing a key role in HubSpot’s creator strategy

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Build and scale HubSpot’s Nano/Micro Creator Partnerships Program as a core driver of demand and answer engine visibility.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of creator partnerships that align with HubSpot’s brand and growth goals.
  • Partner with the Affiliate Program team to identify collaboration opportunities and extend creator impact across existing partner channels.
  • Create scalable frameworks for campaign development, content briefs, and performance measurement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate creator initiatives into global campaigns and growth efforts.
  • Analyze creator and campaign performance to optimize for AI visibility and  conversion.
  • Manage contracts, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure strong ROI.
  • Identify new creator trends, tools, and platforms to inform strategy and program evolution.

What Success Looks Like

  • Creator partnerships directly contributing to demand generation and visibility in ChatGPT and Google AI Mode/AI Overviews.
  • Strong collaboration between creator partners and internal marketing teams.
  • Consistent performance improvements across visibility and conversion metrics.
  • Scalable, data-driven systems for managing and measuring creator impact.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on creator, influencer, affiliate, or partnership marketing.
  • Proven track record driving measurable business results through creator, influencer, or affiliate programs.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and trends, with the ability to use AI to improve campaign performance, workflows, and insights.
  • Deep familiarity with creator platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and podcasts.
  • Skilled at using performance data to drive decision-making and optimize partnerships.
  • Experience managing budgets and negotiating creator contracts.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and global environment.

Bonus Skills

  • Understanding of SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) fundamentals and how they connect to creator-led strategies.
  • Experience building or scaling new marketing programs from the ground up.
  • Familiarity with affiliate, referral, or ambassador marketing models.
  • Background in SaaS or B2B marketing.

Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

Annual Cash Compensation Range:
$92,000$138,000 USD
