Manage end-to-end lifecycle of consumables manufacturing processes, leading equipment development while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support innovative product initiatives.
Quantum-Si is seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to join the Operations team owning the consumables manufacturing processes: raw materials, processes, & equipment. The scope of the role includes end-to-end lifecycle management of production equipment and manufacturing lines and includes taking part in consumables development and pilot manufacturing development for NPI programs.
Critical to this role is managing various stages of equipment and process development and being able to lead the following stages: requirements definition, equipment scoping, equipment acquisition and commissioning. Process characterization, process development, and ultimate qualification are also key requirements for this role. The consumable manufacturing lines you will manage and maintain are flowcell/silicon chip manufacturing, reagent manufacturing, reagent cartridge assembly. Labeling and packaging development and sustaining Quantum-Si’s finished goods is also under the purview of this role.

The estimated base salary range for this role based in the United States of America is: $135,000- $150,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, level of the position, an individual’s skills, knowledge and abilities, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all full-time employees are eligible for our discretionary bonus program and equity as part of the compensation package.
