What You ‘ll Be Doing:

  • Design, develop, implement and support projects and processes, according to the requirements of the company’s production operations and the products’ technical data package.
  • Produce cost estimates.
  • Prepare technical studies, reports and substantiated proposals.
  • Investigate, evaluate and select required tools and equipment.
  • Support of subcontractors.
  • Technology Transfer and related training to manufacturing operators.
  • New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • Industrialization of Products (Productivity-Quality).
  • Manufacturing areas Layout Studies.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • Mechanical Engineering Bachelor's degree (AEI).
  • More than 5 years relevant experience within an industrial environment.
  • Excellent knowledge and use of the English language, both orally and verbally, with the ability to understand complex technical documents.
  • Comfortable to facilitate effective communication across various levels (customers, operational unit, production areas, products development etc.).
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to understand & interpret Electro-Mechanical Drawings requirements.
  • Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable).
  • Car driving license.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance from relevant authorities.

Desired:

  • A post-graduate degree within the scope of the role will be an asset.
  • Previous experience in the defense sector will be considered as an additional qualification.
  • Previous practical experience of an ERP, ideally SAP system is desirable.
