Senior Manual Testing Engineers

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Testing Engineer with a strong background in manual testing to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing test cases to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues, track bugs, and validate fixes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, write, and execute comprehensive manual test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform different types of testing including functional, regression, system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Log and manage defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA), ensuring clear documentation and proper follow-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product workflows and improve test coverage.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and QA-related discussions within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Review product specifications and provide feedback from a testing perspective.
• Ensure all test documentation is up to date, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on manual testing.
• Proficient in creating and executing test plans and test cases.
• Familiar with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, JIRA).
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
