    • Design, execute, and maintain test strategies and test cases for both mobile and web-based digital products.
    • Champion quality within delivery teams, ensuring robust testing is embedded early in the development lifecycle.
  • Testing Expertise:
    • Conduct thorough manual testing across iOS, Android, web, and other digital platforms, including functional, UI/UX, regression, and exploratory testing.
    • Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistent performance across varied environments.
  • Client Collaboration:
    • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and uncover potential edge cases.
    • Advocate for quality in client discussions, ensuring all deliverables meet Bilue’s high standards.
  • Defect Management:
    • Identify, document, and track issues using Jira, providing clear, actionable feedback to developers and designers.
    • Validate and confirm fixes for reported issues to maintain product reliability.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Introduce and refine QA practices, championing shift-left testing and process improvements across multiple projects.
    • Share insights and lessons learned with the team to continuously elevate quality standards.
  • Technical & Tooling:
    • Use Charles Proxy and Proxyman for debugging network traffic and validating APIs.
    • Work with Xcode (iOS Simulator) and Android Studio (Android Emulator) for testing builds across platforms.
    • Use TestFlight for iOS app testing and Google Play Internal Testing for Android.
    • Conduct API testing with Postman or similar tools.
    • Leverage Appium or Selenium for automation where appropriate.
    • Perform cross-device and cross-browser testing with BrowserStack.
    • Manage and maintain testing environments for mobile devices, web browsers, emulators, and simulators.
