In this role you will lead a team of approx. 8 team members for our Client. Senior Manager will be accountable for the following Europe teams:
• Reporting & Invoicing,
• Cash Application & Payables,
• Collections & SOA.
Whether you're looking to build on your previous experience or starting your first lead role, you'll need to be able to learn quickly and take advantage of training programs to build up your manager skills step-by-step.
Role responsibilities:
• The individual will be responsible for managing mentioned activities/processes including client facing interactions.
• Responsible for mentoring current members, providing them with the necessary guidance they need in order to deliver results.
• Guide, coach and support the development of staff including regular 1-2-1s.
• Responsible for management administration for the team (e.g. annual leave management, compliance etc.).
• Work with the Manager, Country Coordinators & other stakeholders (depending on needs) to ensure that the expectations (BAU vs additional activities) are managed efficiently.
