Senior Manager ( Strategy and Management Consulting)

BlackStone eIT is looking for a Senior Manager in Strategy and Management Consulting to join our innovative consulting team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive industry knowledge and strategic insights to help our clients navigate complex business challenges, develop effective strategies, and achieve their growth objectives. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in shaping client engagements and driving impactful outcomes.

As a Senior Manager, you will lead consulting projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and mentor junior consultants. You will be responsible for developing strategic frameworks, facilitating workshops, analyzing market trends, and delivering actionable recommendations that align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage consulting engagements from initiation through delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with client requirements
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders
• Oversee project planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams
• Provide strategic insights, recommendations, and decision support to clients
• Manage, mentor, and develop junior consultants and project team members
• Support business development activities, including proposals, presentations, and client discussions
• Ensure alignment with governance, risk, and compliance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications are an advantage)
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in consulting or a related professional services environment
• Proven experience managing complex projects and leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing capabilities
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience working with government or semi-government entities is preferred
