What You’ll Do:

The Strategic Operations team sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, driving clarity, coordination, and momentum across the organization. This team builds the operating systems that connect information, align teams, and ensure the company delivers both reliably and ambitiously.

About the Role:

As the Senior Manager of Strategic Operations, you will design and manage the systems that ensure CoreWeave operates with alignment, visibility, and executional discipline. You will partner directly with the CMO to build the frameworks, cadences, and workflows that ensure priorities are clear and teams move in sync. Day-to-day, you'll create cross-functional operating rhythms, manage complex strategic programs, and develop tools and dashboards that surface the right information at the right time. You will lead high-impact initiatives while shaping how the business plans, communicates, and executes at scale.

Who You Are:

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, or program management
  • Proven record of building or scaling management systems in fast-paced or matrixed environments
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic goals into operational plans, frameworks, and cadences
  • Experience designing operating models, decision frameworks, and cross-functional coordination systems
  • Skilled in program and portfolio management, including scoping, milestones, and success metrics
  • Proficient in developing dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and visibility tools
  • Strong operational judgment with a track record of improving execution flow and removing bottlenecks
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable clarity
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
  • Background in management consulting or business transformation (preferred but not required)

Preferred:

  • Experience leading organizational change or implementing new operating models
  • Experience developing company-wide planning and reporting cadences
  • Familiarity with launch operations, program governance, or portfolio-level reporting tools
  • Experience running high-visibility, cross-functional “big bet” initiatives

The base salary range for this role is $161,000 to $237,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
