As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead backend, frontend, QA, and technical leads responsible for building scalable, resilient, and high-performance services for our Third Party Management Platform.
You will own engineering execution—from architecture to delivery—while fostering a high-performance culture rooted in technical excellence, innovation, and an AI-first mindset. Your expertise across MERN (React/Node), .NET/PHP components, AWS/Azure, SQL/NoSQL datastores, microservices, and AI/Agentic AI will directly influence the technical strategy of our SaaS platform.
This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in complex distributed systems, collaborates deeply with Product and Design, and knows how to scale teams, systems, and engineering practices.
Define engineering roadmaps, communicate priorities clearly, and align execution with business objectives.
Provide strong technical leadership across multiple teams, setting the bar for code quality, architecture, and delivery.
Identify systemic challenges and propose actionable solutions that improve reliability, scale, and developer productivity.
Influence engineering culture, encourage innovation, and build a climate of ownership and accountability.
Mentor engineers and technical leads, guiding career growth, skills, and performance.
Drive design and delivery of scalable, secure, high-performance microservices and cloud-native applications.
Lead modernization of UI and backend systems to ensure maintainability, performance, and excellent user experience.
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and uplift engineering maturity across teams.
Champion AI-first development—integrating AI/LLMs/Agentic AI into the platform and accelerating developer velocity using tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor.
Provide architectural oversight for MERN (React + Node) systems, with familiarity in .NET or PHP components.
Own system design for distributed, event-driven, and serverless architectures.
Optimize backend performance, scalability, and reliability across SQL/NoSQL systems.
Lead cloud adoption and architecture using AWS and/or Azure, leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IAC).
Ensure best-in-class standards for system security, identity, compliance, observability, and automated testing.
Partner closely with Product, Design, DevOps, Cloud, and Security teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and production support for mission-critical services.
15–20 years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in engineering leadership roles.
Deep experience with MERN (React/Node) and ability to work with .NET or PHP components.
Proven ability to architect systems using LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG frameworks, and AI-driven design patterns.
Strong background in AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms, including cloud migration strategies.
Hands-on expertise with relational & NoSQL databases (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).
Experience designing and scaling microservices architectures in high-growth SaaS environments.
Familiarity with IaC (AWS CDK/Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong knowledge of application security, observability, monitoring, and automation.
