Role Summary
Wisedocs is building the infrastructure behind modern insurance and legal document review — and our revenue engine is growing fast. Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success are scaling in parallel, and we need one person who can hold the GTM picture together: someone who builds the systems, surfaces the signals, and turns data into decisions that actually move the business.
The Revenue Operations Senior Manager will own our full GTM tech stack — from vision to execution. You'll design the reporting infrastructure that our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) depends on and that drives day-to-day performance across our customer-facing teams.

Compensation
The target base salary for this role is $105,000 - $155,00 CAD. This range reflects the full growth journey within the role — from building and developing skills early on, to becoming highly proficient and ultimately achieving excellence. Where an offer lands within the range is based on your experience, skills, and impact, which we assess throughout the hiring process.
