We are hiring for a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to help scale SOPHiA’s global go-to-market engine. This role leads the design, execution, and optimization of commercial processes, systems, and analytics across the full customer journey. The role reports to the Senior Director of Sales Operations and will directly manage the global Sales and Channel Operations team.   

What You’ll Do 

Revenue Systems & Process 

  • Partner with the business systems team to architect and optimize sales tech stack, including Salesforce, CPQ, order management, forecasting, and lifecycle tools. 
  • Implement and refine core sales processes including opportunity management, quoting, approvals, renewals, and channel workflows. 

Analytics & Forecasting 

  • Own commercial reporting, dashboards, and analytics across funnel, pipeline, bookings, and customer health. 
  • Support pipeline management and forecasting to enable accurate GTM planning. 
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to inform growth strategy and resource allocation. 

GTM Execution & Alignment 

  • Drive discipline and data consistency in CRM usage, opportunity review, and account planning across global sales teams. 
  • Connect the efforts of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align processes, handoffs, and SLAs. 
  • Design and optimize end-to-end customer lifecycle workflows from lead to revenue. 

Cross-Functional Leadership 

  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Enablement, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience to improve productivity and revenue execution. 
  • Partner with Sales leadership on territory design, target setting, and incentive structures. 

Requirements

What you will need to succeed in the role:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of Sales / Revenue Operations experience with deep Salesforce ownership. 
  • 5+ years of people management experience, including global teams. 
  • Strong experience with: 
    • Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ 
    • Order management, P.O.s, invoicing, and commercial workflows 
    • Forecasting, pipeline inspection, and reporting 
    • BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) 
  • Advanced Excel skills. 
  • Proven project management and process improvement experience. 
  • Experience in subscription and/or consumption-based sales models preferred. 
  • Consulting experience a plus. 
  • Strong communication skills and comfort operating in a fast-moving, global environment.

Contract: Permanent, full time

MA Pay Range: $104K - $186K
