The Role:

The Senior Manager of Revenue Enablement is responsible for equipping Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams with the skills, processes, tools, insights, and incentive structures required to drive consistent, scalable revenue growth. Operationalize revenue strategy through training, enablement programs, technology adoption, AI-driven insights, and the design and management of revenue compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Enablement Strategy

  • Translate revenue goals into actionable enablement programs, playbooks, performance metrics, and incentive frameworks.

Compensation Program Management

  • Design, implement, and manage revenue compensation and incentive programs that drive desired behaviors and align with business objectives.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and Revenue Operations to ensure compensation plans are competitive, compliant, and within budget.
  • Analyze compensation performance, model plan changes, and recommend optimizations based on data and market benchmarks.
  • Lead communication and training for compensation plans, metrics, and payout mechanics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for compensation-related inquiries and governance.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Lead enablement for organizational changes including new processes, tools, compensation plans, AI capabilities, and Partner & GTM strategies.
  • Drive adoption through communication, training, and reinforcement.

Training & Development

  • Develop enablement content including sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, process documentation, system and compensation training.
  • Continuously optimize programs based on performance data.

Sales Process & Methodology Enablement

  • Enable consistent execution of sales processes and methodologies across the revenue organization.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to reinforce best practices, coaching, and performance improvement.

AI Enablement for Revenue Teams

  • Lead evaluation and enablement of AI-powered tools that improve seller productivity, deal execution, forecasting accuracy, and customer engagement.
  • Train teams on AI-driven insights such as lead scoring, deal prioritization, coaching intelligence, and performance analytics.

Continuous Improvement & Market Awareness

  • Stay informed on enablement best practices, compensation trends, sales methodologies, and emerging technologies.
  • Use insights to evolve enablement strategies and compensation programs to improve revenue performance.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or Compensation-related roles
  • Experience building enablement and training programs and managing compensation plans
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, incentive design, and go-to-market motions
  • Experience enabling CRM, revenue technology, and AI-driven sales tools
  • Executive-level communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Salary Range:
130K-155k CAD Total
