Job Role: Senior Manager/ Associate Director - Finance ( Revenue Assurance & Accounting)

Years of Experience required: 8-12 Year.

Work Location: Gurgaon

To be successful in this role you have:

• Business Understanding:
  • Ability to understand the drivers of the Business and build a robust process of Revenue Assurance & plug revenue leakage, if any.
  • Analysis of revenue pipeline along with Sales Teams, updating reports like forecast etc.
  • Ability to develop and implement a process of identifying and highlighting RED flags, if any based-on payment pattern or other metrics.
  Contracting:
  • Ensuring timely signing & renewal of client contracts post review all commercial terms and providing support and information to other teams like Legal, Sales Operations, Customer support etc.
  • Develop and maintain contract wise/client wise repository containing all important terms like: SoW and their amendments, tenure, contract value, renewal dates, payment terms etc.
  • Ensuring timely receipt of Purchase Order or other documents to initiate invoicing.
  • Ensuring that Company has requisite Insurance in place as required by various client contracts and their timely renewal.
  • Working closely with Sales teams to ensure correct and timely payment of incentives.
  Invoicing, Accounting & Compliances
  • Timely and correct invoicing & collections as per terms of the contract.
  • Timely escalation to Sales and other teams in case of delay in collections.
  • Revenue recognition is as per SaaS, US GAAP and IFRS standards.
  • Identification and implementation of Internal controls & process improvement.
  • Lead month & year end closing activities related to Revenue Reporting, Accounting and reconciliation etc.
  • Lead Revenue Audit with Statutory and Internal Auditors.
  • Collaborate with FPA & other groups for revenue forecast and other related matters.

Requirements

• Must be a Chartered Accountant or a Master degree in commerce.
• Prior working experience of 8 -12 years in the field of Finance or Accounts out of which at least 3-4 years in Saas environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Power point).
• Ability to perform in fast paced environment.
• Excellent inter- personal communication skills both written and oral. Experience of interacting with international customers is essential.
• Strong organization skills; a detail oriented, self- starter leader with ability to work independently across various functions to meet deadlines and lead the team
• Working knowledge of NetSuite is preferred.
