We are seeking a Senior Manager, Quality Engineering to oversee our teams in the Warsaw office focused on testing the software we ship on device, particularly using Appium/native test tooling. In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Director, Quality Engineering and will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Lead and manage quality engineering teams
Ensure effective collaboration and coordination among team members.
Oversee the development and execution of test plans using Native test tools (Android/Kotlin - Android, ObjC/Swift - iOS) for mobile application testing, ensuring high-quality software deployment
Collaborate with the Quality Engineering Leads to develop and implement strategic QA initiatives that align with company objectives
Continuously assess and improve QA processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence
About You as the Quality Engineering Manager
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.·
5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including experience with mobile application testing using Android/Kotlin - Android, web based test tools like Selenium/Cypress/Playwright, API testing is a huge plus.·
3+ years in managing distributed teams, with strong leadership and team-building skills.·
Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and processes.·
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.·
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.·
Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial
