We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Project/Program Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our internal R&D and strategic partnerships. This position serves as a key bridge between our US operations and collaborative efforts in China, managing the full lifecycle of scientific projects from conception to execution.   • End-to-End Project Leadership: Take full ownership of coordinating and advancing internal R&D projects, Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs), and licensing initiatives. Proactively identify potential roadblocks, drive decision-making, and ensure projects meet key milestones on time.
  • Strategic Database Management: Establish, maintain, and optimize a centralized collaboration database. Ensure all experimental reports and critical project documents are accurately tracked, structured, and easily accessible for analysis and reporting.
  • Independent Alliance Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing external partners. Foster strong, collaborative relationships and independently manage communications, negotiations, and issue resolution to ensure partnership success.
  • Executive Reporting & Communication: Prepare and deliver high-quality regular reports, briefings, and presentations to senior management. Effectively represent the Project Management/Alliance Management function and communicate project outcomes across global teams
  • Master's or PhD in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • 3-6 years of direct Project Management/Alliance Management experience within the biopharmaceutical or related life sciences industry, with a proven ability to hit the ground running.
  • Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools; demonstrated capability to conduct independent stakeholder analysis and lead external communications.
  • Full professional proficiency in both written and verbal English and Chinese, with the ability to independently lead discussions with partners in both the US and China.
  • A results-driven mindset with exceptional execution skills and a strong sense of accountability. Ability to manage complex, cross-functional tasks and resolve issues effectively under pressure.
