About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Product Partnerships to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in expanding Nayya’s ecosystem by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that enhance our product offering and drive business growth. You will be responsible for the entire partnership lifecycle, from identifying potential partners and negotiating agreements to managing ongoing relationships and driving joint go-to-market strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of the benefits and healthcare landscape, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of building successful partnerships.

The salary range for New York based candidates for this role is $145,000- $170,000. We use a location factor to adjust this range for candidates that are located outside of geographic region of our New York office. Placement within the salary band is determined based on experience.
