A Better Opportunity
Our Accounting and Finance team is hiring for a proactive and strategic Procurement Senior Manager to lead and scale our end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function. This individual will be responsible for building a best-in-class procurement operation that emphasizes operational efficiency, strong internal controls, vendor partnerships, and scalable systems.
This role is critical in strengthening our purchasing governance, optimizing working capital, improving company user and vendor experience, and streamlining our AP infrastructure as the Company continues to grow. The ideal candidate is a process-driven operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building efficient, compliant, and scalable procurement processes.
Responsibilities
Own and lead the full P2P lifecycle, including procurement operations, vendor negotiation, purchase order governance, vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and payment execution
Design, implement, and continuously improve procurement and accounts payable policies, procedures, and internal controls
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to incorporate user feedback, drive purchasing and payment discipline, and ensure compliance with procurement policies
Oversee vendor onboarding, documentation compliance (W-9s, contracts, payment terms), and master data integrity
Drive adoption and optimization of tools such as NetSuite and Ramp (or similar systems)
Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve throughput, accuracy, and visibility
Partner with Internal Audit and external auditors to support audits related to procurement
Oversee T&E compliance and policy enforcement
Manage and mentor T&E, AP, and procurement team members in India (team of 10)
Qualifications
Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field
8+ years of progressive experience in procurement operations, or P2P environments
At least 2 years of management experience
Adaptable to multiple and frequent changes in business environment
Strong understanding of purchasing controls, vendor management, and disbursement processes
Experience improving or implementing procurement systems is required
Experience with Ramp P2P strongly preferred, but not required
Demonstrated ability to streamline processes and drive automation
Strong attention to detail with a risk and controls mindset
Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
Remote, in east coast time zone preferred
