We're seeking an experienced leader to drive our Pipeline Operations team within Revenue Operations. In this role you will architect and scale our pipeline infrastructure, acting as the operational business partner for marketing, sales development, and product-led growth teams. This includes pipeline forecasting, marketing operations, funnel processes, reporting and planning and leading the individuals supporting marketing and SDR operations today.
This is a rare opportunity to design and run the pipeline and marketing operating model of a company doubling year over year. This is not a standard marketing ops position and it’s focused on core revenue processes that drive real growth.
What you will be doing:
Design and Implement pipeline process and systems
Build reporting and insights to scale pipeline 2x
Act as a strategic business partner to Marketing & SDR and PLG leadership
Team management

Target Annual Compensation: $200k - $220k salary + equity
