      • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
      • Negotiate trade terms and implement cost optimisation initiatives.
    • Financial & Performance Management
      • Monitor sales, margin, and other income against budget (MTD/YTD).
      • Drive cost-saving initiatives and maintain profitability targets.
    • Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
      • Work closely with supply chain, QA, marketing, and operations teams.
      • Lead a team to deliver category growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Fluent in Thai and English language
  • Has Online Retail knowledge and experience
  • Has Global Sourcing knowledge and experience
  • Has FMCG Industry knowledge and experience
  • Has strong understand both online & offline merchandising understanding
