About the Role:

As the Senior Manager of People Operations, you will strategically guide Motive's evolution as a high-performing global organization. You will lead and optimize all core HR operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive innovation in HR technology and processes to support our continued expansion. You will also champion a collaborative and high-performing environment by leading and mentoring a dedicated team.

What You’ll Do:

Lead & Strategize: Oversee all core People Operations functions, ensuring alignment with Motive’s business strategy, compliance standards, and company values.
Drive Operational Excellence: Design and implement scalable processes, policies, and systems that support efficiency, consistency, and a best-in-class employee experience.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a growing People Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Optimize Systems: Partner with IT, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to enhance system integrations, automation, and data accuracy across HR platforms.
Service Model Innovation: Build and refine the HR service delivery model to improve accessibility, responsiveness, and employee satisfaction.
Knowledge Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of an intuitive HR knowledge base; explore AI-powered tools to enhance content delivery and employee self-service.

What We’re Looking For:

8+ years of progressive experience in People Operations, HR, or related functions, including 5+ years of people management experience.
Proven success leading operational improvements that drive efficiency, scalability, and engagement in a high-growth or global organization.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms; expertise in optimizing systems and workflows.
Deep understanding of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices across multiple regions (U.S. and global experience preferred).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills — able to influence across all levels of the organization.
