To complement our growth in EMEA and LATAM, we are actively looking for a talented and experienced Sr. Manager, People, to oversee People programs in the EMEA and LATAM region, with primary focus on Portugal, UK and Germany.
In this role, you will drive strategic talent initiatives to help our business reach its potential. You are a thought leader who also has a “roll up your sleeves” approach to solving problems and driving results. You understand the business model and are not shy about sharing perspectives to help leaders build and grow high performing teams.
As a regional Sr. Manager, People, you’ll be a crucial member of the People team. You will form effective relationships across the organization as you guide management decisions, serve as an employee champion, and strategically anticipate, analyze and respond to People-related matters.
