Dialectica is accelerating and expanding growth through the productization of highly differentiated content and insights into product innovations. We see the scaling of this business unit as a strategic priority and are seeking to find committed, commercially oriented business builders to join our team and scale our private markets content coverage.

Currently, the team has a growing presence across Athens, Bogotá and Vietnam. 

About the Role

As a Manager/Senior Manager Content Operations you will grow the Content business, focusing on high-quality investment content in priority industries. 

The role will lead a team with a vision to scale our company reports offering for private equity professionals, investment bankers and consultants. This role requires a blend of strategic and business acumen, along with operational expertise. You will be instrumental in scaling the team, the operations and processes.

You will join an exciting and growing unit with an ambitious mandate where you will get start-up experience within an established business and brand. 

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end process of content production. Develop the strategies and drive the execution of company and thematic intelligence, ensuring it aligns with industry trends and clients investment preferences. 
  • Lead a growing team and support the team's growth by providing feedback and supporting skills enhancement and talent development. 
  • Oversee team productivity, track key operational and sales KPIs, and ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Implement processes to systematically gather and analyze data to create content for private equities and other users. 
  • Maintain high standards for content production, including quality control, timeliness, and relevance.
  • Ensure the scalability of the content production process, improving team’s workflows and accelerating quality assurance via automated data acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the business development teams and account managers to drive product monetization.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; studies in Business Management, Economics, or related fields are a strong plus.
    • 7+ years in Strategy Consulting or Strategy/Commercial roles; due-diligence exposure is considered an advantage.
    • Genuine passion for building something new and navigating ambiguity with curiosity and confidence.
    • Ability to interact professionally and credibly with clients and senior industry executives.
    • A proactive, hands-on approach with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proven track record of conveying information clearly and effectively.
    • Comfortable working in diverse, cross-functional teams and contributing to a positive, high-performance environment.
    • Results-oriented, able to manage time and priorities effectively while maintaining a positive, “can-do” attitude.
