Job Summary:
As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for the platform's commercial "real estate." Your mission is to architect a high-converting promotional ecosystem and build a robust internal advertising revenue stream. You will partner with the Head of Commercial/AMs to align platform traffic with business growth targets, ensuring every pixel on the site generates maximum ROI.
What You Will Do:
Strategic Roadmap & Ecosystem Growth

Macro Planning: Define the long-term promotional strategy and "Mega-Campaign" frameworks (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12) to ensure consistent GMV growth.

Incentive Architecture: Design complex, multi-tier promotional ecosystems (stackable vouchers, loyalty integration, and gamification) that drive user retention and high LTV.

Budget Oversight: Manage the total marketing subsidy budget and optimize the "Burn Rate" against GMV targets.
Commercial Monetization & Asset Strategy

Inventory Innovation: Audit and define new on-site advertising assets (e.g., sponsored search, personalized recommendation slots, live-streaming triggers).

Rate Card Management: Establish and optimize the "Rate Card" (pricing) for on-site visibility based on supply, demand, and seasonality.

Top-Tier Negotiations: Support AMs in high-stakes negotiations with "Anchor Brands" to secure exclusive product launches in exchange for premium platform exposure.
Performance Leadership & Business Intelligence

Data-Driven Governance: Oversee the development of real-time dashboards to monitor platform health (Traffic quality, CVR, AOV, and Take Rate).

Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a squad of planners, designers, and data analysts. Bridge the gap between Product (UX) and Commercial (Sales) to ensure monetization doesn't compromise user experience.

Attribution Modeling: Implement advanced attribution models to prove the value of on-site assets to external brand partners.
Essential Qualifications:

Experience: 6-10 years in E-commerce (Marketplace background preferred), Trade Marketing, or Digital Media Planning. At least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.

P&L Management: Proven track record of managing large-scale marketing budgets and delivering 10x+ ROI.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and external brand partners.
