The Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics provides strategic analytics leadership in support of paid and organic digital acquisition channels, including website optimizations, search (SEM & SEO), social, display/programmatic, TV, and online video. The Senior Manager also plays a key role in the implementation and application of the company’s marketing mix model (MMM), helping evaluate and optimize the overall marketing channel mix and spend allocation across the enterprise. In close partnership with channel owners, this position delivers the insights, measurement frameworks, and analytical rigor needed to shape optimization and investment decisions across channels. This role partners closely with Marketing, Web Analytics, Risk, Product, and Data Science to ensure marketing decisions are data-driven, scalable, and aligned with business and credit objectives.
Marketing Campaign Management and Analysis
Lead analytics resource for our marketing mix model (MMM), interpreting results, advising on testing priorities, and advising on marketing spend and investment implications
Aid in the conception and evaluation of A/B tests in partnership with the digital channel owners to measure performance, incrementality and full funnel analyses
Provide analytical reporting and insights to support optimization decisions across digital channels and placements
Conduct and support marketing data audits and data transfers for accuracy, compliance, and consistency with credit policy
Perform code reviews and identify efficiencies in marketing processes to reduce processing time and improve scalability
Partner with channel owners to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable data-driven recommendations
Perform deep dive analyses to identify opportunities to both improve channel efficiency and address ad hoc performance issues
Standardize KPI definitions, attribution documentation and reporting methodologies to ensure consistency across the organization
Ongoing Marketing Analysis
Develop, optimize, and maintain data and reporting solutions, including SQL tables, Power BI dashboards, MMM tool and automated reporting views
Perform deep-dive analysis on large datasets to uncover insights that inform targeting, messaging, and channel performance
Research and evaluate new marketing opportunities, proposing innovative ways to leverage data to drive growth and improve decision-making
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design analytical solutions, and communicate results effectively
Provide funnel analysis and customer journey insights to identify drop-off points and inform acquisition optimization opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, etc.); Master’s preferred
3–5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or growth analytics, ideally in FinTech or consumer lending
Experience with digital channels, marketing mix modeling (MMM) or similar advanced attribution measurement approaches
Prior Digital Analytics experience preferred
Technical Skills
Strong SQL proficiency; experience with Python or R preferred
Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Mode
Experience with digital analytics using Amplitude or similar
Understanding of attribution methodologies, experimentation design, statistical testing, and digital analytics platforms
Leadership & Communication
Ability to translate complex analytical results into clear business recommendations
Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders at multiple levels, both technical and non-technical
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
