About the role

Laravel is hiring its first Growth leader to build the function from the ground up for our flagship product, Laravel Cloud.

As Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that fuel both product-led growth. You'll own our self-serve acquisition funnel (performance marketing, website), partner with Devl Rel on content/SEO, and product on in-app experimentation.

This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and will have the opportunity to hire and lead direct reports over time. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves driving revenue.

What you’ll do

Drive self-serve growth

• In partnership with Dev Rel and Product Marketing understand our ICP and build campaigns and programs to grow our user base
• Act as the marketing owner for the self-serve business, driving top-of-funnel acquisition
• Optimize website performance and conversion rates using data to inform prioritization
• Identify which organic and paid channels to invest in based on performance and ROI
• Partner with Product Growth as necessary on in-app growth and experimentation

Build the function

• Establish the foundations of growth at Laravel, including processes, artifacts, and best practices.
• Hire and mentor future marketing team members as the company grows.

Requirements

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply.

• 5+ years prior marketing experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple moving pieces across campaigns and projects
• Be able to leverage data to proactively identify opportunities and drive impactful results
• Proficiency in Hubspot, or similar CRM
• Knowledge of cloud-based architectures in one or more technical domains (e.g. Analytics, Developer Tools, Compute, Databases, Generative AI, Observability, Security, etc.
