Senior Manager, FP&A Commercial

TLDR

Act as the dedicated financial partner for the Commercial teams and drive the financial health and strategic direction of the rapidly growing Measurement business.

We're looking for a Sr. Manager, FP&A to join our expanding team and act as the dedicated financial partner for our Commercial teams. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, you will be the key driver behind the financial health and strategic direction of our rapidly growing Measurement business. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that offers broad exposure across the entire business cycle, giving you the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of the business.

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance, preferably within the Technology or SaaS industry.
  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and proven experience owning the budget, forecast, and financial performance analysis cycle, specifically with revenue forecasting and analysis.
  • Demonstrated Business Acumen and Operational Analysis Skills: A track record of translating complex financial results into actionable operational insights for commercial and product leaders.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Technical Data Proficiency: Direct experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and/or extracting and analyzing data from data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, SQL databases).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex financial data to non-financial business partners and executive leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

The anticipated annualised pay range for this role is $114,800 to $143,500 with annual on target annual bonus of $11,480 to $14,350. In addition, this position is also eligible for the following benefits:
