Position Summary:
As Ellis Porter continues to rapidly expand, we are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our team. This pivotal, hands-on leader will collaborate closely with our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to build out the FP&A function, incorporating both best practices and our distinctive culture and business needs. The Senior Manager of FP&A will develop and lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling processes to support our firm’s continued growth and innovation, and will instill an environment of data-driven strategic decision-making. This role will collaborate closely with our Executive Leadership team, as well as Practice and Operations Leaders to align financial strategies with operational goals, and support our culture and mission of providing exceptional immigration legal services to our clients.

This Senior Manager will have high visibility with executive leadership, direct impact on strategic decisions, and the autonomy to shape how FP&A supports our ambitious growth plans. The role is initially positioned as a Senior Manager, with clear opportunity for advancement to a Director as the firm scales and the FP&A function matures.
This position can be fully remote from any U.S. location, or based in either our Troy, MI or Ann Arbor, MI office as an in-person or hybrid role. Please note - although this role can be remote, all work must be performed within the United States.
