This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Solutions Engineering (East Coast) in United States.
As a Senior Manager of Enterprise Solutions Engineering, you will lead a high-impact team of Solutions Engineers supporting complex enterprise accounts. You will guide technical strategy, enable value-based selling, and ensure the successful delivery of tailored demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and solution designs. Your work will directly influence revenue growth by ensuring enterprise clients understand the full potential of technology solutions to solve their business challenges. You will cultivate a collaborative, customer-focused team culture, mentor engineers, and drive operational rigor across technical evaluation workflows. Partnering closely with sales, product, and engineering teams, you will help streamline processes, optimize technical solutions, and enhance customer engagement across long, multi-stage enterprise sales cycles. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to influence executive stakeholders and internal teams.
Accountabilities:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Enterprise Solutions Engineers to deliver technical excellence and strategic guidance.
• Oversee complex solution design, tailored demos, and proof-of-concept projects for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with sales teams to respond to technical evaluations, RFPs, RFIs, and security reviews.
• Drive operational excellence in workflows, ensuring consistency, scalability, and quality across enterprise accounts.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor on platform capabilities, architecture, integrations, security, and emerging technologies.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to optimize communication and feedback loops.
• Support deal strategy, executive alignment, and competitive positioning throughout long, multi-stage sales cycles.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and enterprise customer needs to guide enablement and strategic execution.
Requirements
• 5+ years of pre-sales leadership experience supporting Enterprise or Strategic accounts in SaaS or complex technology environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar role with success in complex technical selling.
• Strong understanding of value-based selling frameworks such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or Command of the Message.
• Familiarity with SE methodologies like Demo2Win or Great Demo! and experience leading multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles.
• Experience with integrations, cloud architectures, APIs, hardware/IoT, and emerging technologies (AI/ML preferred).
• Excellent organizational, coaching, and team leadership skills, with the ability to scale cross-functional initiatives.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
