EverQuote is seeking an exceptional and highly driven individual to join our team as a Senior Manager, Enterprise Accounts. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing the strongest possible relationships with our insurance carrier partners, elevating EverQuote's position from a marketing company to a strategic growth partner. You will manage a significant book of business, focusing on driving substantial revenue growth and meeting company-wide expansion goals. This role requires a professional with a background in high-growth, data-driven account management and a proven ability to manage complex enterprise relationships.

This is a hybrid role that requires being in office several days a week.

The base salary range for this full-time hybrid position is $110,250-181,125. Starting salaries will generally be in the lower part of the salary range provided. Employees, depending on their specific role, level and responsibilities, may be eligible to participate in company variable compensation or equity programs.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Exceed all growth targets and performance metrics by driving revenue through key account expansion.
  • Strategic Account Ownership: Develop and execute the comprehensive strategy for accelerating growth across your assigned portfolio of enterprise accounts.
  • Deepen Partner Relationships: Build and maintain excellent working relationships with senior executives and key business leaders within our partner organizations.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work collaboratively with Product, Analytics, and other internal departments to communicate the needs of EverQuote’s largest customers, uncover their pain points, and prioritize functionality that drives account growth.
  • Product and Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our product messaging, technology platform, and the competitive landscape to better position EverQuote as a strategic partner.
  • Foster a High-Performance Culture: Contribute to a team culture defined by accountability, transparency, trust, integrity, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate effectively, both formally and informally, up and down the organization to move complex deals to close.

Who you are:

  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise account management or business development.
  • Client Management: Significant experience directly managing and growing senior-level client relationships and an enterprise book of business.
  • Data Fluency: Proven experience analyzing commercial performance metrics and summarizing insights to drive organizational change.
  • Technical Comfort: Deep comfort and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.
  • P&C Insurance: Experience working with Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance is preferred.
  • Personal Traits: Strong track record of decisiveness, accountability, and exceptional credibility with previous team members and organizations.
