You will lead sales growth and platform performance optimization for a B2B2C e-commerce platform. This role combines commercial insight, cross-functional collaboration, and product strategy, ensuring sales targets are achieved while the platform continuously evolves to deliver a better buyer experience. You will work closely with Category, Trade Marketing, and Tech/Product teams to identify growth opportunities, close performance gaps, and prioritize feature improvements that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Sales Performance & Growth Enablement

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across categories.
  • Coordinate with Category Managers and Trade Marketing teams to ensure sales targets are met and promotional plans are effectively executed.
  • When sales are off track, analyze root causes (pricing, promotion, assortment, UX, traffic) and recommend corrective actions.
  • Use data insights and platform analytics to identify growth opportunities — such as trending products, underperforming assortments, or potential cross-sell areas.
  • Present performance insights and recommendations to management and category teams to close sales gaps.
  • Support planning and tracking of key commercial initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and on-platform execution.

 2) Tech Requirement & Product Ownership

  • Act as the business representative to the Tech/Product team, ensuring platform features and improvements align with commercial goals.
  • Gather and consolidate feature requests from multiple business units (Commercial, Marketing, Operations, etc.), assess business impact, and prioritize with Tech/Product.
  • Oversee feature testing (UAT) and monitor post-launch performance.
  • Communicate roadmap progress, releases, and performance impact to all stakeholders.

3) UX/UI & Customer Experience Improvement

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and data teams to optimize user journey, conversion funnel, and checkout flow to meet global standards
  • Identify friction points using behavioral data and propose enhancements to drive engagement and sales conversion.
  • Run A/B and usability testing to validate design improvements.
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality experience across web and app channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology Management, or related fields.
  • 5–8 years’ experience in e-commerce, category management, or product strategy, ideally within a B2B2C or omnichannel environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working closely with Tech/Product teams in Agile or cross-functional environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment between commercial and technical priorities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Thai
