ABOUT THE ROLE 

The Senior Manager, DTC & Digital Marketing role oversees the overall digital marketing strategy, including brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion across direct-to-consumer and digital channels. 

 

The role is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation and demand growth, driving business performance by developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and convert potential customers into qualified leads. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, data analysis, and customer acquisition techniques to drive both B2B and B2C revenue growth. 

 

What You Will Do  

Lead Generation Strategy: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation and DTC growth campaigns across digital platforms (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing). 
  • Optimize landing pages, funnels, and website structure to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition efficiency. 
  • Leverage marketing automation and CRM platforms (preferred experience with HubSpot) to streamline lead capture, nurturing, and management. 

Campaign Management: 

  • Own and manage performance across multiple digital channels (SEO, PPC, paid social, email) to increase brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty. 
  • Create targeted campaigns to attract high-quality leads and customers using paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), organic strategies (SEO), and content marketing. 
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership: 

  • Partner closely with Sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment between marketing efforts and revenue goals. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns. 
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and external partners as needed. 

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization: 

  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities across lead generation and DTC initiatives. 
  • Track and report on key metrics including cost-per-lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and channel performance. 
  • Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and budget allocation. 

Content & SEO Strategy: 

  • Oversee development of high-impact content such as blog posts, case studies, webinars, and white papers to drive traffic and lead generation. 
  • Partner with content and creative teams to ensure content supports SEO, paid media, and conversion objectives. 
  • Leverage SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and demand capture. 

Budget Management: 

  • Own and manage the digital marketing budget, prioritizing investment in high-performing channels to maximize ROI. 
  • Forecast spend and performance, making strategic trade-offs to support growth objectives. 
  •   Perform other duties as assigned 

Requirements

What We’re Looking For  

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing (experience in both is preferred) with a focus on lead generation. 
  • Proven success in managing online lead generation campaigns using SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. 
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and direct reports  
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and metrics to refine strategies. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in CRM systems, marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot), SEO platforms, and analytics software. 
  • Creativity: Innovative thinking for designing compelling campaigns. 
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. 
  • Collaboration: Collaboration with creative teams, content creators, product marketing leaders, and external partners to execute marketing plans  
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for crafting persuasive messages.

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $135,000 USD/year. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: location, education, skills, training, and experience. This position may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
