As the Senior Manager/Director of Sales Recruiting, you will be the primary architect of our revenue-generating engine in Enterprise, Strategic, and beyond. This is a high-visibility leadership position designed for a practitioner who thrives at the intersection of strategic talent planning and hands-on execution. You will lead our Enterprise and Strategic recruiting team, ensuring we hire the elite talent necessary to hit our aggressive growth targets while building the foundational processes required for international expansion. We are looking for a leader who stays "in the weeds" with their recruiters, utilizing a deep understanding of competency-based hiring and data storytelling to drive predictable, scalable results.
