We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Digital & Technology Transformation(DTT) Team. Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy & Leadership: Define and lead the technology strategy for clients, aligning it with their business goals. Provide strategic guidance on leveraging emerging technologies like AI, cloud, data analytics, and automation to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
End-to-End Transformation Delivery: Lead and manage digital transformation projects from strategy definition to execution. Ensure that transformation initiatives are seamlessly integrated with client business processes and deliver tangible results.
Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing insights on technology trends, digital innovations, and how technology can drive organisational change. Help clients navigate complex technology landscapes and define their digital vision.
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance: Manage client relationships at all levels, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and governance. Oversee the mobilisation of transformation programmes, ensuring they are aligned with client priorities and are delivered on time and within scope.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop consulting teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Ensure that teams have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Innovation & Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of technology trends and industry best practices. Contribute to the development of innovative methodologies and frameworks that drive digital transformation within Sia and for clients.
Business Development & Expansion: Build and strengthen client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand engagements. Support business development activities by contributing to proposals, thought leadership, and market positioning.
Experience: 10-12 years of experience in senior technology roles, with a focus on technology strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise technology architecture.
Consulting & Technology Expertise: Demonstrated experience in consulting, particularly in delivering technology transformations for large organisations. Expertise in technology leadership, strategic planning, and digital transformation methodologies.
Industry Knowledge: Experience across a range of industries such as financial services, pharmaceutical, energy, government, and technology, with a focus on technology-driven business outcomes.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams and engaging with C-suite executives. Proven ability to drive business transformation and lead complex technology projects to successful outcomes.
Education: Relevant academic qualifications in information technology, engineering, computer science, or related fields. Certifications in enterprise architecture and IT strategy (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL) are a plus.
