Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with technology teams to design and enhance digital payment platforms and solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product development and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing digital payments.
  • Work with marketing teams to create effective go-to-market strategies for digital payment products.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance offerings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, fintechs, and payment networks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital payments, fintech, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital payment systems, trends, and technologies.
  • Proven experience in launching and managing digital payment products and services.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks impacting digital payments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management and development.
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships and collaborate effectively with external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in driving innovation and understanding customer needs in the digital payments space.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
