Evangelize design strategy to executive leadership and cross-functional partners
Foster a human-centered design culture that is data-driven, iterative, and inclusive.
Provide creative direction and career coaching, manage org design to ensure optimal support for cross-functional squads
Manage & implement design workflows, resource allocation, and project timelines to ensure the team ships at high velocity without sacrificing craft.
Partner deeply with UX Research & Product peers to translate complex user data into actionable roadmaps & iterations.
Qualifications
10+ years of professional design experience, with at least 3–5 years in a management or lead capacity.
Curiosity, a desire to figure out how to make things better.
Experience driving collaboration, alignment, and affecting outcomes with influence, including at the executive level.
