We are seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to own and scale our global demand generation efforts. This role is accountable for driving qualified new-logo pipeline growth through a combination of account-based motion, digital demand, and conversion optimization.
You’ll partner closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure demand programs drive measurable pipeline impact—not just activity.

To Thrive in This Role
You are a hands-on, outcome-oriented demand generation leader who thrives in environments where accountability matters more than activity. You combine strong judgment with execution discipline and are comfortable owning pipeline outcomes in close partnership with Sales and Revenue Operations.
You bring a practical understanding of modern B2B SaaS demand generation, including digital channels, account-based motions, and conversion optimization across the buyer journey. You know how to apply AI and automation to improve efficiency, targeting, and performance—not as experiments, but as part of day-to-day execution.
You operate well with limited structure, adapt quickly based on performance data, and continuously refine programs to improve results. You are motivated by impact, not volume of output, and are comfortable being measured on pipeline contribution, quality, and conversion.
