Responsibilities:
• Function as a billable Azure Architect on one or multiple client engagements
• Provide technical delivery and people management
• Manage small team of diverse consultants including but not limited to:
• Support team members in achieving client delivery objectives.
• Conducting regular 1:1 meeting with your direct reports
• Managing and resolving personnel issues in collaboration with Senior Leadership Team
• Inspiring and fostering team commitment and trust.
• Demonstrating a high level of communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Microsoft Azure Data Technologies. Design, Implementation and Architecture experience preferred
• Strong personal track record of consulting on Azure Data / Power BI implementation
• Strong track record of building relationships within the organization
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
• Strong attention to details, with strong analytical skills
• Exceptional time and priority management skills
• Strong personal sense of ownership
• A passion for using technology to solve problems.
• A natural inclination for building and fostering relationships with clients and project teams.
• A love for problem-solving -you can prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and can guide a team through the issue resolution process.
• A knack for teamwork – you are at your best in a closely collaborative environment.
• Current Microsoft Azure Certifications highly desired, but not required.

3Cloud offers competitive compensation. In addition to base pay employees are eligible to receive an annual discretionary/utilization bonus. If you are hired at 3Cloud your final base salary is based on factors such as skills, education, experience and/or geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above includes the full base salary range for the role. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.
