Role: Senior Manager CRM & Order Management Platforms
Location: Singapore
We are partnering with a leading telecom client to hire a senior leader to own the strategy, delivery, and long-term success of their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Order Management (OM) platforms, including Salesforce, CloudSense, and custom enterprise systems. You will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of CRM and Order Management systems that power sales and service across Enterprise, SME, Wholesale, and International segments. This role balances strategy, delivery, operations and leadership ensuring platforms are stable.
