Your operational expertise across slot and table games environments, combined with a strong analytical mindset, helped clients drive measurable improvements in profitability, efficiency, and gaming floor performance.

Using Tangam’s optimization platforms, you supported operators in improving decisions around game mix, floor layout, labor deployment, pricing, operating hours, and customer experience — all aligned to local market conditions and player behavior.

You became a trusted advisor to operators across the region, helping clients build stronger data-driven operational cultures while contributing directly to Tangam’s continued growth and reputation throughout EMEA.

Core Responsibilities

• Operational Performance: Use Tangam software to optimize table spreads, slot product mix, labor deployment, and pricing strategies (RTP/Hold %) to drive yield and floor utilization.
• Client Advisory: Translate complex gaming data into actionable "day-to-day" strategies for casino leadership.
• Product Evolution: Represent the EMEA market by providing feedback to the product team, ensuring the software roadmap aligns with regional operator needs.
• Strategic Delivery: Conduct high-level performance reviews and workshops for C-suite stakeholders across diverse jurisdictions.
• Thought Leadership: Mentor junior staff and contribute to industry case studies and best-practice content.
• Business Growth: Provide technical credibility during sales demos and strategic discussions with prospective clients.

Candidate Profile

Technical Experience

• 5+ years in in operational roles within land-based casinos or gaming industry suppliers/vendors
• Subject Matter Expertise: Deep knowledge of Slots and Table Games KPIs (Win/Drop/Hold, Coin-In, Theo, and RTP).
• Optimization Mastery: Proven track record in labor scheduling, floor placement, and yield management.

Skills & Logistics

• Analytics: Proficient in translating data into narratives using Excel and BI tools (Tableau, SAS, etc.).
• Communication: Comfortable presenting to and influencing executive-level audiences.
• Travel: Ability to travel 25% throughout the EMEA region.
• Compliance: Must be eligible for international gaming licensure.
• Assets: Degree in Business/Finance; fluency in French or Spanish. 

IMPORTANT

This role is specifically intended for professionals with hands-on experience in land-based casino operations across slots and/or table games.

Relevant experience may come from either:

• Casino operator environments, or
• Gaming industry vendors/suppliers working directly with casino operations, analytics, optimization, slots, or table games teams.

This is not a digital marketing, mobile gaming, user acquisition, or general analytics role.
