  • Establish API-led, event-based, and batch integration standards across systems
  • Reduce point-to-point integrations and enforce operational resilience via error handling and monitoring

NetSuite Strategy & Governance

  • Serve as NetSuite executive owner, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Lead SI/vendor oversight, cadence, and delivery quality expectations

Roadmap Execution & Operational Optimization

  • Drive delivery of system improvement initiatives with minimal business disruption
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise portfolio planning and regional/global scalability

  • Balance capacity vs. demand and proactively address team skill gaps

Data & Platform Health

  • Ensure cross-system data integrity, accuracy, and master data consistency
  • Partner with data/infra teams to support analytics, automation, and reporting

Required Qualifications:

  • 8–10+ years leading enterprise business systems in global, multi-channel environment.
