What is the role about?


InMobi is seeking a senior, and highly strategic leader to serve as Senior Manager- Business Strategy for InMobi Group — spanning InMobi Exchange, InMobi DSP, and Glance. In this role, you will architect, operationalize, and steward initiatives that support the company’s growth blueprint, defining where we play, how we win, and which monetization levers we prioritize to scale revenue in a sustainable and repeatable way. 

You will partner closely with the Strategy, Product leadership, Regional Revenue leaders, and the Executive Team to ensure the revenue system has a clear, coherent, and data-driven strategy across all business units. This role is focused on Business Strategy and Go-to-Market Strategy

This role carries company-wide visibility, shaping strategic decisions, growth investments, and market positioning for all entities within InMobi Group. 

What Will You Be Doing? 

Enterprise Revenue& GTM Strategy Leadership 

  • Define the multi-year revenue strategy and growth blueprint for InMobi Group (Exchange, DSP, Glance)
  • Lead annual and quarterly strategy cycles that align executive leaders and cross-functional teams across all business units. 
  • Identify and prioritize strategic markets, customer segments, and product pathways that unlock integrated growth across the portfolio. 

Market Foresight, Competitive Intelligence & Growth Architecture

  • Conduct advanced market, ecosystem, and competitive analyses to identify opportunities and whitespace across programmatic, brand, commerce, and content ecosystems. 
  • Develop portfolio strategy recommendations covering market expansion, product mix, monetization models, and geographic/vertical prioritization for all InMobi Group units. 

Monetization & Pricing Strategy

  • Own the pricing and packaging strategy across Exchange, DSP, and Glance — including yield models, auction dynamics, content monetization, and value-based pricing. 
  • Partner with Product and Finance to design, validate, and evolve monetization mechanisms tailored to each business unit. 

Global GTM Strategy Definition

  • Translate revenue strategy into GTM design principles across segmentation, ICPs, customer journeys, channels, and demand motions for all commercial teams. 
  • Ensure global GTM organizations operate within cohesive strategic guardrails while empowering local-market adaptation. 

Ecosystem & Partnership Strategy

  • Identify strategic alliances, supply/partner integrations, distribution opportunities, and cross-unit ecosystem plays that expand reach, differentiation, or profitability. 
  • Influence build-buy-partner decisions grounded in integrated Revenue Strategy. 

Cross-Functional Strategic Leadership

  • Serve as the strategic integrator across Product, Finance, GTM, RevOps, and unit-level leadership — ensuring alignment to the enterprise revenue blueprint. 
  • Define investment priorities, capacity models, and operating models needed to execute strategy across multiple business lines. 

Decision Support & Executive Advisory

  • Shape ELT decision-making through strategic recommendations, market modeling, competitive scaffolding, and scenario planning. 
  • Influence capital allocation across growth levers (product investment, GTM investment, partnerships, ecosystem expansion). 

Industry Stewardship & Thought Leadership

  • Maintain a leading-edge view of Adtech, consumer behavior, content, commerce, identity, regulation, and marketplace evolution. 
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on industry trajectory and competitive positioning across the group. 

What Is Expected of You? 

Education 

  • MBA or Master’s required. 

Experience 

  • 10–12+ years in Revenue Strategy, GTM Strategy, or related strategy roles within Adtech, digital media, or multi-sided platform ecosystems focused on growth initiatives. 
  • Proven experience leading strategy across multiple business lines, influencing senior executives, and directing multi-year strategic programs.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. 
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Adtech landscape, including market trends, competitive dynamics, and key players. 
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting strategic recommendations clearly and persuasively. 
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools, competitive intelligence frameworks, and financial modeling.
