We’re seeking a high-impact leader to join our Operations and Supply Chain team. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute strategic operations initiatives across supply chain, customer experience, and internal systems.
  • Scale service supply chain capabilities to meet future growth and optimize operational processes to reduce inefficiencies.
  • Own a significant claims expense line in the P&L and drive cost reduction while maintaining service excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales) and external partners to meet aggressive business targets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of managers and contributors.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills with a bias for action and execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft CoPilot or similar tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with executive audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
