About the Role
The Senior Manager of B2C Marketing leads all patient-facing marketing strategy and execution across the enterprise. This role is responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling multi-channel marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, enrollment, and ongoing patient activation. You will oversee end-to-end campaign strategy, orchestration, and performance across digital, direct mail, SMS, email, social, web, and emerging channels.
This role requires deep experience in consumer healthcare marketing, including deploying automation, personalization, and AI-powered capabilities to improve channel efficiency, conversion, and lifecycle performance. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Shared Services, Product, Clinical, Operations, Data, and Sales—to deliver an integrated patient experience.
